What is the Welsh Accelerated Growth Programme?

The Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme (AGP) offers individual support to high growth welsh businesses.

We (our founder - Peter O'Donoghue) has been selected as a coach on the program to deliver high growth sales and marketing strategies and implementation coaching.

How Do You Qualify For The Accelerated Growth Programme?

To be considered you should be able to demonstrate you can:

  • Grow turnover by at least 20% year on year or for younger firms achieve a minimum growth of £2 million turnover over 3 years
  • Generate at least 10 new jobs in 3 years, a proportion of which are above average salary for Wales
  • Start or grow your ability to unlock opportunities in international markets that are ripe for growth
  • Pre start and new ventures are accepted but they must start trading within 12 months and be looking to achieve growth at the levels outlined above

What If You Are Already On The AGP Programme?

That's fantastic news. As a business already on the AGP you'll have your own regional manager. 

You may not know that not all regional managers are fully aware of all of the coaches available and especially not their unique skill sets.

If you're already on the program then the best thing to do is jump on a quick call with us. If there is a fit, we can talk about a relevant work package and proposal to your relationship manager to get you the support you need.
